抗高温抗复合盐聚合物降滤失剂研究与应用

Study and Application of Polymer Filtrate Reducer for High Temperature Resistant and Compound Salt Tolerant

摘要: 据调查,我国有超过一半以上可进行开采利用的油气资源埋藏较深,在深部地层钻井过程中,钻井液面临严峻挑战,尤其是在高温、高压、盐膏层等恶劣环境下,对钻井液性能的要求也就更高。同时,随着全球环保意识的增强,不含重金属且可降解的聚合物类钻井液处理剂逐渐成为全球油田化学领域研究的重点。目前,国外各研究机构开展大量研究并取得了较为丰硕的成果,但国内相关研究起步较晚,形成的工业化产品较少。文章通过大量基础研究,采用共聚合反应合成以乙烯基磺酸盐、乙烯基酰胺盐、乙烯基吡咯烷酮为主要单体的聚合物降滤失剂工业化产品。通过对该聚合物降滤失剂的工业化产品进行产物性能和应用性能评价均反映出其具有很好的环保性能和抗高温、抗复合盐能力。由其配制的钻井液体系在川渝地区进行了成功的现场应用,有效解决了高温、高复合盐以及高地层压力环境下聚合物降滤失剂作用效能差的技术难题。

Abstract:

According to survey, more than 50% oil and gas resources which can be exploited are buried deep in China. In deep drilling process, the drilling fluid is facing severe challenges, especially in high temperature, high density and saturated salt drilling fluid environment. At the same time, with the increasing awareness of environmental protection, polymer agents that do not contain heavy metals and can be degraded have gradually become the focus of global oilfield chemistry research. At present, many foreign research institutions have carried out a lot of research and achieved plentiful results, but the domestic related research started late and formed less industrial products. In this paper, through the basic research, copolymerization reaction was used to synthesize the polymer filtrate reducer by vinyl sulfonate, vinyl amide salt and vinyl pyrrolidone. It shows good environmental protection performance, high temperature resistance and compound salt tolerant through the evaluation. The drilling fluid system prepared by it has been successfully applied in the field in Sichuan and Chongqing area, effectively solving the technical problem of poor performance of polymer filtrate reducer under high temperature, high compound salt and high formation pressure.
